Take Me Home
Working with AHuman is always a pleasure,they’re seasoned pros having been together since 2007 and having been regulars at festivals from Glastonbury, Lovebox and a residency at Ibiza Rocks. After critical acclaim as a 6 piece in 2008, the band has whittled down to a core of 3. Their debut album was included in the ‘Top 10 Albums of 2008′ by The Independent and were included in a round up of ‘Top Albums to download’ by The Sunday Times. Since cementing themselves as a 3 piece, Dave (vocals), Jacob (drums) and Kay (keyboard) have been etching out a new collection of tracks ready to be released to the world.
Brixton Sessions caught up with the band across the river in the Soho showcase venue MadameJoJo’s, half gig venue, half burlesque dancing outfit it’s one venue outside Brixton worth visiting. Ahuman performed a hair raising version of Take Me Home in the venues dressing room. Take Me Home is a track Brixton Sessions are familiar with after helping the band on out on the promo video. Keep an out for that one soon – there is lots of dancing in it.
